We used Needham house hotel for our wedding. Elliot was really professional and accommodating to our needs. The scenery was beautiful and the staff there were really helpful. The venue accommodated most of our guests staying at the hotel with the rest staying at neighbouring hotels not too far from the venue. Special thanks to Elliot for making our day special.

Absolutely appalled by the service, staff and management. I have severe low back problems, I asked for more bedding to better support my back but I was refused point blank as they do not provide extra bedding for the disabled. But after I complained they reluctantly agreed although it took them until the next day to provide. More so I was asked if I was Indian? After my reply saying no they asked again what part of india I was from repeatedly which I found very inappropriate and offensive. Disgusting people and I felt vulnerable as a single disabled women staying here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE AFTER MY EXPERIENCE.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Traitors to the people of England!! You've taken the silver shilling & couldn't care less about people getting married & others who are flying in & you've just let hundreds of people down. Absolutely disgusting of you. 😡😡😡

We booked a room here to attend a wedding. Unfortunatly for us they cancelled our reservation after 2 months. The cost of other hotels in the area has obviously gone up significantly in the mean time. It's ok though, they are sorry for the inconvenience

Great hotel!!!! Very friendly staff and a great meal on the first night of our stay. Only downside was that we only stayed two nights, went way to quick! Hopefully next time we will stay longer to have more time here.
