As budget accommodation goes this was for me by far the worst of the bunch. The room was tiny and the shower had a curtain that didn’t reach the floor, resulting in the bathroom flooding. It was in a state of disrepair and desperately needed some TLC. It’s advertised as a two star hotel but I would think one star would be more appropriate.

The rooms are not what the pictures show. Very small, no place for breakfast, no kettle or coffee. Had to ask for cup for bathroom. No view, narrow halls. Very, very basic. Booked 5 nights but only stayed one. Not worth it. Spend a little more and get a better place.

Excellent experience. Hotel is close to the centre, you have plenty of options to travel around, easy access and easy to recognise it. The reception is at the 6th floor and you visit it for the first time you will be a bit confused, because that’s no signs on the walls. My room has great, it’s old fashion but kept clean and in good condition. I even got an TV and AC, the AC turned very useful because the temperature dropped second day I came so I could heat up the room. I been alone but the room is enough for 2 people also, I had a bedside table, a wall lamp, a desk, two chairs and a chest of drawers in the wall. That’s no door for the toilet so if you are not a couple you better get 2 separate rooms. Staff was really helpful and friendly, she offered to help for a problem that I had. Overall very satisfied, I will probably come back if I will visit Valencia again. I really enjoyed visiting Spain, my first time coming here, and I felt amazing. Lovely people, nice food and really awesome place to visit.

Really well priced single room with ensuite. Very clean and comfortable. Check in times are limited, from 5pm, but if you know this in advance it is not a problem. Very friendly welcome from a woman with excellent English. I felt very secure and happy here. The rooms are close together and I suspect it could be noisy if you have inconsiderate people, but that wasn't my experience. It is a 5 to 7 min walk from the very fashionable are of Ruzafa with a huge number of bars, cafes, bakeries and a market. Highly recommended.

Nonostante la visione delle recensioni siamo rimaste piacevolmente sorprese da questo hotel. La camera pulita (con Tv e condizionatore funzionante) e il servizio di check-in veloce e cordiale. Il bagno presenta tutti i servizi essenziali (compreso il bidet).
