I stayed in room 10 which was a large room that was newly decorated. The double shower was hot and the wifi great. It had a little fridge, plates and a kettle. A microwave was available in the shared meal prep area. The balcony had a heater (I didn’t use it) and the a/c worked a treat. Security was good, having a room code and main door code. The place is very central and very clean. The few staff I met were friendly. There was a mini bar available. I would certainly stay again.

No contact check in. Code panel on door to building and to room. Touch key inside room for option once (self) checked in. Not too far from the state liner bus stop. The steep staircase almost beat me lugging my 15 kg luggage up. A light on the stairwell after dusk would have been welcome. The room was a good size, high ceilings and window view to the adjoining balcony as in the title of the accommodation. No direct access to balcony from the room. The ensuite was a good size but super slippery gloss floor tiles in the (double shower head) shower. Mini bar well stocked.

The room was clean, comfortable bed double showers in ensuite with individual heat control to ensure each person had a comfortable experience. kitchenette well stocked. Very good value for money. Friendly welcome easy access to both secure premises and rooms.

VERY close to town, very close to the Park for walks, right round the corner from Woollies, and easy access both in and out of town. It was very clean, a great, well equipped shared kitchen, although an element would have been really good in there, as the only way to heat food was a microwave.
