We stayed in room 12 a beautiful room and amazing bed ! Lovely wake up by the cockerel and views from the room stunning ! Breakfast was so yummy and dippy eggs watching the chicks was so special. Highly recommend and staff and owner lovejy x thank you

Having booked well in advance after looking at previous reviews we had high expectations based on the photos and description. However the whole experience was dreadful. The bathroom was well past a refurbishment with corroded taps, chipped bath, old shower curtains and old shelf brackets still in place and a broken door handle. There was also no servicing of the rooms. You had to put your bin out along with wet towels and pick the replacements up off the floor outside your door. The room was tired and poorly laid out with nowhere safe to plug in the kettle and no socket near a mirror to use the hair dryer. Poor lighting and worn bed. As for breakfast, no fresh fruit, just frozen or tinned which had ran out one day along with the yoghurts. No apology. Just we have ran out. Surely you can cater for a known number of guests and supply fresh berries....it is a farm. The vegetation at the gate was overgrown and partially blocking acees. Not very welcoming if you are carrying clothes and luggage. A huge disappointment.

Was excited to stay based on the reviews while walking the Cotswolds Way…. Stayed in the old house and room was tiny, mattress very old, comforter was good. Bathroom shower head was broken and kept falling off holder, water pressure was non existent. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Reviews raved about host and warm welcome but we obviously missed that entirely. Bottom line is: very average. Not horrible but also nothing to rave or write home about.

Brilliant. Great service from Laura and her team. Got to meet the owners children and dogs, felt like home from home. Stayed for 3 nights in room 12 in the converted barn. Very comfortable nights sleep, clean, well heated and great shower. I can't wait to return, not only for the views, location and service but for the delicious breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at Toghill House Farm with our three teenagers. An easy drive from Bath and plenty of options to eat nearby. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful and sustained us all till dinner. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended for families.
