【2025年】阿德閣樓酒店 評價・真實住客意見評論及評分

My family of 4 stayed here in April 2022. The location seems great right on a central canal, but it was so noisy. Noisy from 7am when they start deliveries until 3am. Woke me up every night. Also, the loft (we stayed in the 3 bedroom Gold loft) is in need of some TLC. The professional photos make this loft look amazing, but they removed all the decorations and left it very bare. The headboards are fake leather and were all scratched and peeling. The AC was not working the first day we were there and took a while for the poor front desk guy to come (just needed batteries). But there is only one AC and it is in one of the bedrooms (not main bedroom). The sliding door to the third bedroom did not work (and was not working for a while buy the scratch on the floor). and the shutter in this room would not close and flapped all night. And the master bed and bath as well as second bedroom were infested with ants. It is a nice large unit, BUT I would NEVER recommend staying here. The staff were all very receptive and came quickly to repair things and manager did give us a 10% refund. However, for over $800 a night, I expected a lot more.

El apartamento está totalmente reformado, limpio y bien situado para conocer Venecia. Nos gustó el echo de que en mitad de la estancia ( al tercer dia) nos cambiaron las toallas, hicieron las camas y limpiaron el apartamento. La única pega es que a la cocina le falta equipación: sólo habia una cafetera de 2 servicios para un apartamento de 4 personas, sólo 4 platos grandes, no habia paños de cocina ni papel… Por lo demás, recomendable para pasar unos dias en Venecia. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento

Estuvimos en el apartamento white, que En una calle tranquila que da al canal, apartamento limpio, amplio y totalmente reformado, aire acondicionado , no tiene ascensor como en muchos sitios en Venecia, el personal del hotel muy amable en todo momento, para la entrega de llaves lo haces en el hotel que está muy cerca del apartamento , te acompañan y te ayudan para llevar las maletas, apartamento muy céntrico para ir andando a San marco, rialto , etc Cambian sábanas y toallas cosa que valoramos muy positivamente a mitad de la estancia ( estuvimos 3 días)totalmente equipado para tener buena estancia, por poner un pero una cafetera un poco más grande y alguna bayeta en la cocina. Recomiendo el apartamento y sin dudarlo volvería a hospedarme allí
