We love this hotel. It’s super family and kids friendly with a moderate pricing. It’s he kids enjoy the kids program and the facilities with the great Lisi world.The service was great and the pool is warm We will definitely come again and have already booked for summer.

We had an amazing family stay at the Lisi hotel and didn't want our vacation to end. We were 18 extended family members and stayed at 7 different rooms. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the staff were kind and helped us with every request, including designating a room for us to celebrate my daughter's birthday together. The food was delicious, great verity with something for everyone. We received packed lunch bags every morning if we had planes to be outside the hotel during lunch time, including the morning we checked out and were heading to the airport. Also, the location is beautiful with lots of nature hicks and activities. There are also so many activities and things for the kids to do at the hotel itself. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extra comfy. It's a perfect hotel for everyone, especially young children. We would definitely like to return for another stay.

We have stayed at Lisi Family Hotel from 8th to 13th July 2024 with our two boys aged 13 and 10 and we have all enjoyed a lot our stay. Our rooms (one suite 122 and one double room 121 connected) were spacious and comfortable and had two good size terraces with nice views to the mountains and playground area. The hotel staff was very nice, specially all the staff at the restaurant, Joan from the kids activities team, Elena the massage therapist and the person in charge of the bar and reception. The service during breakfast and dinner was very good. The hotel facilities for kids are great, with many different activity options. The hotel atmosphere is very familiar and calm. The hotel is very close to many cable cars from which you can kick off many mountain hikes.

The hotel and the concept is brilliant. They offer everything for children, programs, playroom, nice food. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and big. You have beverages for free. The sauna area is also nice. The only worst thing is that you can’t have coffee before 7:30, and when your child is awake at 6:30 you can’t take one. :))

Amazing hotel, also just to drop in. Very family friendly! Rich in facilities, nice bar, restaurant, Pool, and playing areas. Situated in the beautiful valley of reith, quite and serene next to the amazing hotspot Kitzbühel. For every season in the year!
