I stayed at The Quays last week and I would like to thank Amanda, Mia, Karen, and the rest of the girls for being so kind and helpful to me over the 7 days I stayed there. Karen that first night you were amazing the way you managed under so much pressure, it was so busy over the long weekend, you all coped so well and kept smiling. Mia you are very kind person and really watched out for me when I needed it. I was overwhelmed with the kindness you all showed me. I came from Australia for my Mum’s funeral and you all showed me so much kindness. The breakfast and the carvery was lovely. Thank you to you all. I highly recommend staying here or going for a meal. Thank you all.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite to us. The room was clean and big enough for our family of three. Having the pub and eatery connected was wonderful. We were visiting from Texas and on our way to meet friends while touring the country.

Very average stay. Seems to be an ex Premier Inn and it is no better than their hotels. All you can say is that it was basic and adequate but I wouldn’t be rushing to stay there, or at any Green King hotel, again. Ate in the attached restaurant one night and again it was just cheap and cheerful. Basic cheap pub grub. The service however was exemplary and all the staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was a generic ‘hot’ buffet where the food was luke warm at best. Second morning we asked for poached eggs which were lovely and served with a smile. Good to know that even though it’s a basic chain establishment that the staff are lovely. Would I eat or stay with them again. Yes, if it fitted in with plans but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

A little gem and perfectly situated for us to get to Silverstone circuit. Visited with my family booked two rooms. Very comfortable clean and quiet. Loved the quick private check in met all our needs. Lovely outside area near the lake - loads of bird life. Food was delicious especially the carvery - cappuccinos disappointing however. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. What a pleasant surprise it was!! The welcome i received on arrival from Amanda was truly heart warming. Thank you for providing such a clean and welcoming hotel with great vibes from all staff and all at an affordable price. You really can’t get a better service and room for that price anywhere. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to all. Thank you once again ti all at the Quays, but special thanks to Amanda for being so welcoming and for your genuine kindness. Keep up the good work team.
