We were offered a three night vacation at a Chicago Choice Hotel with one year to select our dates for which we paid $199 in July of 2023. We called today to book our dates, and were informed by Logan that no Choice Hotels (Blue Green Vacations) were any longer available in Chicago. We asked that our payment be returned and were informed that fees could only be returned during the 1st 30 days of the contract even thougth Coice ceased offering Chicago as a destination and even though we had a year to book a Chicago location. We were offered other destinations, but not what we sighed up for. Not happy. No Chicago Choice Hotel and no return of fees.

Hotel hired Dalal for Loot. They people are only talked about best service but really it's very pethetic service. They not even provide water in room service. My suggestion to everyone is don't stay in that hotel.

I just signed up for Choice Hotels membership last week. I found out that my trip details had changed of no fault of my own. When I asked to change the dates and add more dates, they would not allow me to change my reservation and said that it was non-refundable and I would lose the money. I will never use them again!!!
