柏林法斯賓德和勞施巧克力坊附近酒店

我們最近去柏林度假期間住在2家酒店,既有4星級的,也有初級套房,價格也差不多這一家在各方面都比另一家好!老實說,如果我們再次訪問柏林,我們肯定會回來的,因爲它擁有一切。我們在7樓的一間小套房住了3晚,陽台可以看到城市景觀(744房間),房間寬敞,很乾淨,現代,牀很舒服。絕對推薦住一個陽台房,這真的增加了坐在外面看柏林夜晚的溫暖夜晚的經驗酒店經營的生態方案,當選擇不更換毛巾/牀鋪時,您可以在酒店酒吧免費喝飲料,這是一個好主意,我們發現酒吧的感覺很好早餐很棒,食物和飲料的選擇如此巨大和美妙。我們10歲的孩子完全迷戀煎餅機,他不相信他的運氣,因爲每天早上員工都會用托盤的迷你巧克力餅(和冰咖啡)來圍桌。早餐工作人員也很棒,特別是那個拿着上面提到的托盤的傢伙,他總是微笑。實際上酒店的所有工作人員都很友好和樂於助人老實說,這真的會讓人與衆不同。位置也很完美,安全,所以很多景點的中心,有很多咖啡館和餐館,步行距離,還有化學家和超市。U-bahn站步行一分鐘就到了,在U2和U6的線上,這使得我們想訪問的任何地方都很容易,而不必換管。

說實話,我不喜歡留下差評,但我真的沒有選擇這裏。我強烈建議在其他地方看看我們在這裏的經歷真的很差。從哪裏開始,我最初和一個取消的朋友預訂了兩個單人間。我帶男朋友去的,我在網上查了一下,他們有雙人間廣告要預訂我們的日期,我聯繫酒店要求換成雙人間,我被告知通過booking.com這樣做。我通過booking.com打電話,等我的時候聯繫過酒店,那個人告訴我酒店說沒有雙人間,儘管網站上有廣告。我三次打電話嘗試和改變一個雙艙,但每次都被告知我不能,因爲沒有一個是可用的,儘管他們每次都有他們在網站上預訂。當我們到達時,我最後一次詢問了一次,被告知我不能這樣做,因爲沒有雙艙。然後奇蹟般的瞬間,桌子後面的人找到了一個,我被告知我需要重新預訂並支付這個房間的費用,他們不能讓我們交換預訂。這不是一個好的開端,我發現這真的很不誠實。一般的員工都很粗魯,不屑一顧。我通常喜歡住在旅館裏,我非常習慣預算住宿,當東西便宜時,我願意提供津貼,但絕對沒有旅館類型的氛圍,沒有友好,而且沒有公共空間去和人見面,也沒有任何地方可以坐在宿舍裏放鬆。老實說,這更像是停屍房式的氛圍。我對這家酒店沒有很高的希望,因爲我們在那裏的路上,從機場乘坐公共交通工具很難到達,我們必須乘坐3次不同的火車。從車站走過的街道上,有一個流浪者營地,在人行道上搭起了牀墊。我們也目睹了吸毒的情況。作爲一個女人,如果我沒有我的男朋友和我在一起,我不會呆在這裏,因爲我真的不會在酒店周圍地區感到安全。你進入的建築已經破舊不堪,很難找到,因爲它看起來不像是旅館/旅館的某個地方。自動扶梯壞了,不容易爬,上面都是菸頭和關節,晚上這個地區聞起來很濃****。一旦你走過這裏,我會說這個地方的實際內部更好,更乾淨。酒店的概念很奇怪,在我看來並不奏效。豆很狹窄,太熱了。它們根本不容易爬進和爬出。我的車實際上壞了,塑料開始在門上猛地響起來,這也很煩人。我們提供的儲物櫃壞了,我們從來沒有給過不同的儲物櫃。設計這個地方的人對主題酒店的概念太感興趣了,而不是對客戶的實際功能。儲物櫃是完全不同的區域,所以如果你想把東西放在鎖裏

多次去柏林出差，住過數個酒店，比較下來，這家Maritim ProArt酒店的性價比最高。首先是位置非常方便，就在市中心，很多喜歡的景點步行即到。周圍的公共交通、購物等設施鱗次櫛比，很熱鬧；其次，房間設施和服務雖然不能說是柏林最新最好的水平，但是乾淨整潔，關上窗戶基本沒有噪音。服務和早餐也不錯。關鍵是價格物有所值；第三，無論商務還是觀光都合適。酒店會議室很多，公共空間也寬敞，停車和公交都方便。唯一不滿的是地下停車庫，一是費用貴（24歐元/天），二是地下停車庫太狹窄。

剛剛在這家酒店住了五晚,體驗很好。工作人員對週邊地區和柏林都非常瞭解。我的房間很棒,早餐也很棒。行政酒廊儲備充足,工作人員樂於助人。強烈推薦這家位於市中心的酒店,供您下次訪問。

整體房間舒適，乾淨，整齊。reception員工友善有禮。但房間除毛巾外，並沒有提供其他物品，需自備。非常鄰近火車站，性價比高。

這不是我第一次入住柏林A&O酒店,也是大流行之前和之後就到過,這段時間服務質量穩定,不錯工作人員相當友好,及時地幫助您解決任何可能存在的問題。有時事情並不如預期的那樣工作(咖啡機,無接觸購買),但他們將保證您的住宿是順利的。早餐豐富,提供多種選擇。我只希望咖啡可以更好,但總的來說還不錯。此外,除了窗簾提供的房間,或許房間還可以有一些令人振奮的顏色。我最喜歡這個旅舍的一致性原則和事實,你會發現所有你需要一個良好的住宿,甚至組織!

Great hotel, clean, modern, good facilities, excellent breakfasts. Located across the road from sections of the Berlin Wall, with its interesting wall art murals & graffiti. And a short walk to the boats that can take you for a short cruise down the Spree River. The hotel is just a few hundred metres walk to the 'Warshauer Strasse' S-bahn & U-bahn station, from which you will be able to take a train to any of the sights you wish to visit in Berlin. I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

I loved this hotel at first sight ! BIg and clean rooms with a fantastic breakfast ! i missed sauna but friends of mine confirm me that they spend there a great time ! Be there during an event has been really pleasant ! Well served with taxi due to far distance from city center.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
