Блохи в номере замучали , но дизенфекцию не провели . еда нормальная. Стулья в столовой грязные . Обслуживание вежливое

Excellent rapport qualité-prix . Très bien placé avec accès immédiat à la mer et à la promenade. Chambres confortables, restauration de qualité et abondante. Le personnel est très disponible et j'ajouterais une note particulière pour Claude, le chef réceptionniste compétent et sympathique. Peut-être un besoin de rénovation dans les salle de bains.

L albergo è in una ottima posizione sulla promenade La hall bella e spaziosa,il personale tutto gentilissimo,qualsiasi problema cercano di risolverlo. Le colazioni pantagrueliche ,da non mangiare nulla per tutto il giorno Una sola pecca ..perciò 4 e non 5 le camere ed i bagni un po vecchiotti ed anché i corridoi. Hanno ristrutturato all interno solo la parte frontale dell hotel Cmq da consigliare per tutto il resto

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au Leonardo Plaza. L’ emplacement de l’hôtel est très appréciable, tout proche de la plage avec un accès direct, du centre d’Eilat, des centres commerciaux et boutiques, des arrêts de bus… Le restaurant offre une large variété de plats succulents, depuis l’entrée jusqu’au dessert. Nous avons été gênés les deux premières nuits par le bruit assourdissant , dès 22h00, de la fête foraine toute proche mais nous remercions Claude à la réception qui a nous rapidement changés de chambre. La décoration est un peu vieillotte mais le Leonardo Plaza reste un hôtel très agréable, avec un personnel efficace, dont nous garderons un bon souvenir.

Catastrophique! Chambres salles, vétustes, sentant la cigarette, insectes dans le lit! Une usine à touristes malpolis et désagréables! Piscines et plages surpeuplées grouillant de mouches! Bataille pour avoir une place pour se garer. Brouhaha constant de la promenade derrière l’hôtel. Les seuls points positifs, buffet petit déjeuner bien garni, quelques employés qui parlent bien français et anglais. Chambres bien isolées phonétiquement des uns aux autres. Bien placé avec toutes sortes de commerces et restaurants juste en bas.

Super hotel avec de très bonnes prestations. Nourriture au top ! le cadre ydillique ! une piscine chauffée et l'emplacement excellent pratiquement sur la plage et la tayelet ! Seules ombres au tableau : très peu de personnes parlent français et surtout mauvais souvenir d'un vol à l'hotel dans ma chambre d'une certaine quantité d'argent liquide. Sinon l'hotel est pour moi un merveilleux souvenir.

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente mais les prestations sont à améliorer. La chambre et confortable et dispose d'une bonne literie. Cependant, la salle de bains est équipé d'un sèche-cheveux qui n'assume plus son rôle et est obsolète (la gaine se déboite de l'embout et est très difficile à remettre) Nous remercions Claude à l'accueil pour sa gentillesse ,sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils ainsi que Youssef au restaurant. En revanche, nous avons été peinés par le gaspillage constaté au niveau des repas. C'est un manque de civisme évident de la part des clients. A l'heure où il faut secourir la planète, il y a toute une éducation à refaire et à conscientiser la population. Je recommande cet Hôtel pour sa localisation en front de mer.

Enjoyed the hotel room very cooperative and polite staff. Located in a good place on the main walking riviera of Eilat with pool and exit to the beach. Dining room quite with good food.will come back soon.we are here with few friends first time.

Disappointing Stay Due to Mismatched Information and Poor Service I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The information provided before booking did not match the reality at all. For example, the pool closing time was different than advertised, and I was asked to leave the pool earlier than expected. The gym was shown as a free facility, but it turned out there was an extra charge to use it, which was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast was lacking - there were no cereal plates available, which seemed like a small but important detail overlooked. Overall, the service felt unorganized and inconsistent. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve guest experience in the future.

We loved every thing, starts from the best service ever in Eilat, they realy made us feel taking care off, every day treated us with some kind of sweets, wine, baverege, upgraded our room to a bigger one, had even an hot tub, didnt want to leave the room, the hotel have a privet beach, no charge too. And a good spa and massage

Thank you Leonardo Plaza Team for the best stay I've ever had! The hospitality was amazing – the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of salty and sweet and it's definitely an Israeli breakfast that you can't find in Europe! The rooms were spacious, clean, and bed is really huge&comfortable. Restaurant as well was high quality, I deeply recommend the Greek salad. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway. Also thanks to Kobi the reception manager for answering all our requests with a smile! It was a true pleasure to communicate with him. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!
