Nanli Mountain House - New Huaiyang Cuisine

#Nanlishanfang, located on the 5th floor of Vanke Sky Plaza in Qibao, Shanghai, is a restaurant specializing in Neo-Huaiyang cuisine. It's popular for its elegant dining environment, artistic plating, and mildly flavorful dishes. This restaurant was recommended by locals. The portions are exquisite, and the tableware, teacups, and plating all exude an artistic flair. While each dish looks quite expensive, the actual cost is reasonable! This was also my first time trying Neo-Huaiyang cuisine. The flavors were mild and delicious. A few dishes were fried, but they were seasoned with a sweet and sour, refreshing sauce, preventing any greasiness.
