3 Children's Playgrounds + Large Lawn + Twin Hills, a Whole Day of Free Fun with Kids!

The weekend weather was especially nice, so I took the kids to the Expo Cultural Park and discovered a great route for a day out with kids: three free children's playgrounds, a popular large lawn for camping 🏕️, and Twin Hills for autumn scenery, all for free! 🗓 Itinerary: Cloud Park — Expo Source Children's Playground (lunch) — Expo Cultural Park (popular large lawn camping, Moli Playground, Twin Hills) 1⃣️ Cloud Park ❤ Recommended because: This is a pocket park, not very big, with climbing frames, swings, spinning rings, trampolines, and seesaws, enough for kids to play for a while. 🚉 Transportation tips: Take Metro Line 8 to China Art Palace Station, Exit 4, then walk 200 meters to reach it. If driving, park at the Moon Boat parking lot, 7 RMB/hour. 2⃣️ Expo Source Rooftop Children's Playground ❤ Recommended because: After playing at Cloud Park, head to the opposite Expo Source Area 4, 2nd floor. There is a free children's playground with slides, climbing frames, a sandpit, and wooden horses. Bring your own sand toys! After playing, you can have lunch at Expo Source! 3⃣️ Expo Cultural Park 🅿️ Parking tips: If driving, navigate to Gate 5 of Expo Cultural Park, which is close to Moli Playground and the popular large lawn. ❤ Recommended because: ✔️ Popular Large Lawn: After lunch, with good weather, we first went to the popular large lawn at Expo Cultural Park, brought a picnic mat, camped here, and enjoyed the sun. The greenery here is really great, lying on the lawn is super comfortable. Remember to bring a frisbee or ball for the kids to prevent boredom; ✔️ Moli Playground: After a short camping break, head to Moli Playground. Honestly, this is the best free playground in Shanghai. There are many play facilities suitable for kids of all ages. The playground is mushroom-themed, filled with mushroom elements, featuring big slides, small slides, a sand area, and climbing zones. Bring your own sand toys. Note that clearing starts at 5:00 PM! ✔️ Twin Hills: After playing at Moli Playground, you can take the kids to explore Twin Hills and enjoy the autumn scenery. Twin Hills is 48 meters high, with waterfalls and streams along the way. From the top, you can overlook the entire Expo Cultural Park and Luwan Bridge. The scenery is quite nice.
