The most complete ginkgo citywalk route on Huangjincheng Road and surrounding areas

💫 Huangjincheng Road's ginkgo trees are the most famous in Shanghai, but today I want to recommend another ginkgo forest path with very few people and amazing photo spots. 💛 It's right near Huangjincheng Road, and combined with the ginkgo trees on Yili Road, you can form a citywalk route. The total length is less than 2 kilometers, easy and not tiring to walk, and you can also take the subway or a taxi, which only costs the starting fare. 🚶 Route: Huangjincheng Road - Manner Coffee — Yili Road Subway Station - Shanghai International Dance Center Gate 2 (Ginkgo Forest Path) P.s. You can't find "Shanghai International Dance Center Gate 2" on Apple Maps, but you can locate it directly on Didi or use Gaode Navigation. 💡 Photography tips 1️⃣ Huangjincheng Road - Manner Coffee The ginkgo leaves are almost all yellow, and many have fallen. Ladies, hurry to shoot before a strong wind blows them all away. I arrived at 9 a.m. on a weekday, so there was almost no one. By around 10 a.m., the aunties had already arrived. Exit 1 of Yili Road Station on Line 10, turn left and you will see them. p18 3️⃣ The highlight: Ginkgo Forest Path next to Shanghai International Dance Center Gate 2 It’s really great for photos, with a vibe like Japanese or Korean dramas. The ginkgo trees are tall and dense, with golden sunlight occasionally shining through the branches. Three rows of ginkgo trees with two small paths in the middle, the paths are covered with fallen ginkgo leaves—what a magical scene.
