Shanghai New Store | Huizi Returns

Once the hardest-to-book cake shop in Shanghai, it's finally back after being quiet for over half a year! It's now called Wakuwaku! The aesthetics are fantastic, and the items in the shop are all very interesting. 🍮One cake, tart, or pudding per customer. Room temperature desserts are unlimited. 🦁 Crispy Persimmon Tart: The persimmons are excellent, sweet and perfect for autumn/winter. The tart base is crispy, and the tea-flavored cream isn't too sweet. There's also candied persimmon hidden underneath, which I really liked. Arrive early to avoid the queue; this is a must-try! 🍪 Sea Salt Caramel Dacwaz: This is a bit too sweet, so I'll skip it.
