The service was impeccable, like the quintessential "Pang Donglai" of the restaurant world! They publish daily ingredient testing results, so you can eat with peace of mind. The attention to detail was exceptional; over a dozen items were free, even tea and takeaway were free, and the running purified water was delicious! Prices were clearly marked, no hard selling or commission, and they even sold their liquor at cost price. **Clear Stewed Crab Roe Lion's Head Meatballs:** A quintessential Huaiyang dish, a must-try! The meatballs were tender and delicate, the broth clear and sweet, melting on the tongue with a gentle bite, and the crab roe was plentiful. **Blazing Fish Head Soup with Fish Maw:** The milky white, fragrant fish head soup was mouthwatering from the moment it arrived!
