改進的機會: 會議室 1.考慮使用小瓶裝水,可以放進吧檯冰箱。炎熱的一天後喝冷水會改變遊戲規則。 美蘭閣 1.衝浪和草皮:大蝦和龍蝦肉都凍僵了,而且不是很吸引人。烤過之後,肉被部分浸溼,這有點讓人無法忍受。 2.建議:烤肉時,應烹調,不要將食物放在加熱燈下,即羊排、豬排、烤海等。新鮮的烤食品味道更佳,保持高品質。放在加熱燈下烤的食物要麼變得溼透,要麼變得太硬。 3.早餐華夫餅的建議一樣:要按順序做,不要放在盤子裏,準備就緒。 優質服務的例子: 1.瑪麗安娜幫我們準備了冰桶香檳,雖然蜜月評論原本沒有被trip.com和普爾曼登記。她非常有幫助,記得客戶說什麼。頂級分數,非常感謝! 2.所有馬車司機在接送時都打招呼,有些甚至想方設法倒車,以便我們在別墅的淺水區拍攝蝠。真的值得享受優質的服務! 3.所有餐廳的所有服務員都總是問我們是否需要水啓動。感覺就像SOP,但我們喜歡它!始終如一,微笑服務! 真的是一次很棒的經歷,很想再次回來!

This resort is stunning and swimming with wildlife, the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. A few small changes would make it perfect, when you are relaxing in your room the doorbell and the phone can go 4-5 times a day and its not relaxing, i had to ask reception to put a stop to this and not to be disturbed until 10.00am after being woken up twice on our first two days. Also to note that cash is not welcome here, we were refused cash multiple times which in turn then left us short with spending money and unable to tip the staff with smaller notes. You are also asked to pay $100 per day on the room, you can refuse this but when you cant pay cash either it becomes very difficult. The Food is outstanding especially on special event nights and restaurants that you need to book on arrival these were lovely. You can get any drinks that you want and they will make it for you with plenty of brands to choose from. As this was our honeymoon they made extra effort with a bottle of champagne in our room, discount in the spa and a free breakfast to the room, these touches didn't go a miss. Some people were unhappy with the weather which is not the resorts fault what so ever, this is obviously out of their control. We stayed from 22nd December - 02nd January 2024 and there were only 2 rainy days whilst we were there. The bars all shut at 11.00pm sharp which could have been made a bit longer or some leeway here as sometimes people wanted to have a couple more drinks. They made Christmas day and News Year Eve very special with food, fireworks and decoration. I would recommend this resort and hopefully will be back soon to see the changes implemented.

第二次來這家酒店了，真的很喜歡，遠離喧囂，安安靜靜。酒店裝修風格自然隨性，但又非常私密。晚上定這個沙灘的晚飯，就在這個木架子下麪，服務人員會給你用紗幔圍起來，下麪放桌子椅子。吃一次是485美金。包個場看星星。需要提前跟酒店說，否則可能會被“搶”。每一次走的時候酒店人員來碼頭揮手告別，都讓人很感動，而且是快艇開得很遠還在招手。酒店員工培訓的真不錯。

萊佛士的美景讓我驚歎，餐廳的口味很好，Azeen的服務讓我們非常滿意，全程有耐心的幫我們用軟件翻譯，給我們帶來了愉快的用餐體驗。Dany老師非常有耐心，孩子特別喜歡她，在潛水活動中給了我們很多幫助，希望有機會再次來到這裏。感謝在這裏遇到的一切。這裏的浮潛也不錯，衹是這幾天的風浪太大了，還有一個遺憾，沒有看到日出和日落，我們衹能期待下一次，海豚巡遊的時候我們很幸運，看到了很多海豚，讓我們一家人難忘。
