We previously visited VinVonder in Nha Trang, now we're in Phu Quoc. We really enjoyed it, the kids were thrilled, and the aquarium is impressive. Huge aquariums, fish, the building itself, the turtle fountain, everything is very impressive, and we even rode the Ferris wheel. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and left by 4:00 p.m. We had an unforgettable birthday party for our daughter. The only thing we didn't see was the evening show, as there was a long wait.

Very large-scale digital fascinating show with probably up to 100 dancers (even break dancers lol) I was quote impressed. As someone not speaking Vietnamese i wish there were more English subtitles to be able track the meaning of each scene sometimes i was lost. And audio wad inaudible sometimes. But these thibgs are minor compared to the beauty of the show.

It was a pretty good show. You can watch it once. The show was only 30 minutes long, though. We took two tours: the cable car ride and then the show itself. Since the cable car closes at 5:00 PM, we had to wait until 9:00 PM. But we did stroll around the place and took lots of beautiful photos. We traveled both ways on free white buses.

A must-see on the island, this is a truly vibrant and spectacular show, the best in the world. It's best to reserve your seats 30-40 minutes before the show to be closest to the stage.

The Ocean Kiss show is the most unique water show I've ever seen. Unlike typical water shows, it includes fireworks after the performance. However, be careful when buying tickets on Trip.com; I bought tickets for 1199 (same price for adults and children), but only one person could enter at a time.

It was unforgettable. We took a two-day visit to Safari and VinVonder; it's hard to fit both into one day. There were so many animals, and I was especially impressed by the giraffe restaurant, where they eat from the same plate as you; you feed them by hand. Also, the lemurs just jump on your shoulder, so tame... As an adult, I have amazing memories that will last a lifetime.

We loved the park: an interesting, albeit short, safari (we even went twice), a fun bird show, lots of beautiful, cute spots for photos and relaxation, and a variety of animals (there aren't many, but there are some unusual and cute ones). I didn't regret visiting, and we highly recommend it!

I highly recommend visiting the park. It's beautiful, there are areas with interactive animals, the bus safari is also fun, and the giraffe café is a special treat! You don't have to sit in the café itself; you can just pop in and look at the giraffes, buy some food, and feed them.

I went with my husband who likes playing in the water, but my husband was really satisfied!!! I was also satisfied as a beginner! Because the language is English, it's a little difficult to understand, but it's explained so that you can understand it roughly! It was operated by a small number of about 10 people, so it was great to be able to enjoy snorkeling to your heart's content! It's definitely the best snorkeling I've ever been in!

My wife is very afraid of the sea, but the team was very helpful. At first, she barely wanted to snorkel, but in the end, she did all the dives with the instructor's help

The National Science Museum in Gwacheon was a paradise of science experiences that both children and adults could enjoy. In the permanent exhibition hall, you could learn about various topics such as space, life, and technology, and in the planetarium, you could vividly experience the mysteries of stars and space. In particular, the rocket models and astronomical data in the space hall were really interesting. There were dinosaur models and solar system planets on display outside, so it was nice to walk around and look at them. There were also many experiment and experience areas, so you could easily understand and enjoy science, and it was the perfect place to visit with your family. The admission fee is cheap, and you can enjoy it all day long, so I recommend it!

The hotel prepared a honeymoon cake for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the pool isn't huge, it faces the sea and has a bar, which is very convenient. Since it's a Thai enterprise, the moment you hear ”Sawasdee Ka” upon entering, it really feels like you've arrived in Thailand. The hotel staff clean in slippers, which is truly civilized. We happened to have a rainy day, and the hotel had already thoughtfully placed umbrellas in various corners for guests to use, which was very considerate.

My wife and I are very pleased that we chose this hotel. The staff is friendly. The room is very very very clean. They cleaned every day and left nice little things in the evening. The food is very tasty, there is a large selection. Live music and champagne for breakfast. The location is great, free transfer from and to the airport. For my birthday, I received a cake and congratulations from the staff at breakfast. The area is very green, many beautiful plants and trees. The only minus is the cleanliness of the sea. 1. **Location**: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, it's approximately 10 kilometers from the airport. We arranged a 7-seater airport transfer through the hotel for 300,000 VND, which is about 80+ RMB. It's also about 20-30 kilometers away from Duong Dong town, the northern amusement parks, and the southern Sunset Town.
2. **Hotel Facilities**: Overall, it meets the standards of an entry-level five-star hotel. The rooms are clean, and all facilities and amenities are well-appointed. The swimming pool is also very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The king-size rooms feature a 2-meter king bed and a sofa.
3. **Beach**: We visited at the end of August, during the rainy season, and were affected by a typhoon. It rained every day, with a mix of sunny and rainy spells. The waves in the sea were quite strong, making it unsuitable for swimming. The sand on Long Beach is yellowish, similar to Yalong Bay in Sanya, but it's still quite fine and considered clean.
4. **Hotel Surroundings**: Right opposite the hotel entrance is the Sonasea Night Market, offering numerous dining and shopping options. We highly recommend Sen Vietnam Restaurant, a Vietnamese eatery where both the pho and spring rolls are delicious. A meal for six people cost about 1,000,000 VND, which is approximately 300 RMB. There's also a Korean seafood restaurant called Mr. Seafood, which offers great taste and excellent value for money. For 3,720,000 VND (equivalent to 1,100 RMB), we had: two lobsters (total 1KG, one with garlic butter sauce, one cheese-baked), 1KG large tiger prawns (half stir-fried with garlic butter, half grilled with garlic butter), 1KG crab with Singapore sauce, 1KG stir-fried squid, and 1KG cheese-baked scallops. They also included two portions of fried rice, two vegetable dishes, two boxes of fruit, and two 1-liter cans of beer. This price was only half of what we'd pay in the south, so much so that after we moved to the southern part of the island, we took a taxi back just to eat there again!
5. **Transportation**: You can use Grab for taxis, or hail a taxi directly at the hotel entrance, where prices are clearly displayed. We hired a 7-seater car for most of the day for 900,000 VND, which is about 250 RMB. A one-way trip to the south cost around 200,000 VND.FromCNY 985

A Wonderful Stay at Radisson Blu Phu Quoc – Simply Perfect!
From the very first moment, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth and friendliness of the entire team. We especially want to mention Alex at the reception – she was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. She took plenty of time to answer all our questions and made sure all our requests were taken care of. Her positive energy and excellent English really made our stay special.
During our stay, we had a small issue with the room service at first – we tried ordering through the app, then the phone didn’t work, and somehow we ended up ordering twice. But again, the service was outstanding: Robert, the manager, personally took care of the situation, showed us how to use the app properly, and made sure the phone issue was fixed right away. It was handled quickly, professionally, and with a big smile – truly impressive!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Radisson Blu, and it honestly felt like a dream come true. The entire resort is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and everything runs so smoothly. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge selection, and the beach is kept very clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle services around the property.
The Radisson Blu Phu Quoc combines luxury with a warm, family-like atmosphere. You feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for at every moment. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a special occasion or just to relax and recharge.

The resort is beautiful and the size is perfect, it is big but you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes which is great. The beach is clean. The food was good, but there were no snack options during the day. The pool bar only opens 11am, and they don't serve any food. You need to go to Shack restaurant, and they only deliver to the pool a few options from the menu in a box. Otherwise, you need to eat at the restaurant. (Some friends were all inclusive, and they won't deliver anything in this case)
One day, the pool bar was packed, and there was only one staff member taking orders and preparing the drinks! When I suggested the manager send one more staff member to help, he asked me to be patient or order from the restaurant. Meaning they won't improve the service if there are too many people in the pool. It's probably because of the all-inclusive service, to reduce their consumption. But the people who are not all-inclusive will also be affected.
My 3 yrs old son and a 4 yrs old friend cut their feet in the swimming pool. The manager came worried and asked what I needed, but his suggestion was for them not to stay too long in the pool and he said my son is probably a city boy and he is not used to it. The thing is, we go to the pool every week, he knows how to swim and we have been to similar trips to Bali, Phillipines and Thailand and this never happened before! So Im pretty sure the problem is their swimming pool floor, whether the tiles are too rough or there are sharp things on the shallow areas. In fact, I stepped on something sharp one time, luckily I was walking and it didn't cut me. (The picture of my son's feet is 2 days after it happened)
So the hotel is beautiful and convenient, clean, the price is good. But I have concerns about the swimming pool, so I would probably not go back because of that. And I would not take the all-inclusive as there are some restrictions.FromCNY 682

During check-in, we also bought tickets for Pearl Land, which cost over 800 RMB for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was also included, and entry to the restaurant was via facial recognition. A beautiful property directly on the beach with many swimming pools to enjoy and spend your day. The buffet for breakfast was absolutely delicious and you can’t miss the fresh pastries that must be made in house because they are that good! Wow! Very smooth and easy check-in process, terrific guest relations team, who is very responsive and very helpful bellmen all throughout my visit. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families, couple couples or solo travelers.
Some small silly policies like take away containers for in room, dining during peak season an no breakfast for in room dining but overall, it was an exceptional experience. The buffet made up for not having in room dining for breakfast because it was really one of the best buffets I’ve had in a long time!
If you’re an art lover, I highly suggest visiting the property located directly next-door from a short walk on the beach And visit Nguyen Art Gallery to see stunning works of art by a very talented local artist artists. It’s complementary to visit the gallery and while you’re there you can enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants or head to their on-site bakery, which is also outstanding, offering a bit more complex, desserts and sweets.FromCNY 856

It started with a very warm welcoming by Noah who gave us his heartfelt smile all the time, making us feel so comfortable! We will never forget the excitement and engagement he had when approaching us to introduce the theme of the hotel, which he was super influential and successful in creating such a one and only kind of check-in experience for us! And every time we saw Noah, even when we just pass by, he was always so attentive and eager to offer assistant to us for anything!
Gracie was so sweet that even we just had a very short time seeing each other in the hotel tour she guided us! She could immediately notice how much I love taking pictures at just the start of the tour, and thus showing me every “instagrammable” side of the hotel, along with detailed introduction of every building design which really made us feel connected! In the tour, she was very lovely and energetic which we love that so much!
After 2 days, we were also very surprised that Noah and Gracie had even remembered our nicknames by heart and handwritten us a very sweet notecard put in our room after our long day being outside! That really made our day!
And Gin, last but not least, a gentleman who had given us a very memorable night in Pink Pearl. He did paid high attention to our wine preferences and did his very best to fulfil us in any ways with his patient and wide knowledge. We enjoyed a lot with his professionalism in delivering us a cozy and classy ambience but personalised services at the same time. He definitely had executed a high level of fine dining standard throughout the night and we truly appreciate that!

1. Location is good as close to the water park and safari. But not many restaurant nearby. The closest is to the Grand world
2. Breakfast: quite lots of variety, but taste is just normal. No surprise
3. Room : clean and big. But no boiling jar, so cannot boil water for drinks (coffee or tea) for ourselves. Very bad for a so called 5 star hotel.
4. Facilities : good and enough. Downstairs is a shopping mall and a mini mart. The swimming pool slides are great for kids
5. Kidsclub is great for a kid. Lots of activities

From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed by Lac, who went above and beyond to assist us. He helped with our hotel transport, showed us to our room, and explained how everything worked. His energy and cheerful personality were unforgettable—just a heads-up, you’ll need to walk fast to keep up with him! 😄
A big thank you also to Kim and the rest of the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and attentive. You all made our wedding anniversary stay so special and memorable.
The Room
Our room was massive with a breathtaking view. The design and decor were elegant and thoughtfully done. But the real highlight? The toilet! It was a high-tech, heated toilet with all the bells and whistles—automatic bidet, drying functions, and more. Just like the ones in Japan. It was such a fun and luxurious touch!
Location
The resort is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Marina, night market, and several massage places. Right next door is the Sailing Boat Club, which adds a nice vibe to the area. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore.
Beach & Pool
There’s a beautiful little beach right on the property, perfect for watching the sunset. It has comfy deck chairs and a cute swing for those Instagram-worthy photos. There’s even a small archery area for a bit of fun!
The swimming pool is huge and stunning, with plenty of deck chairs, so you never have to fight for one. The pool bar is a great bonus—you can order food and drinks while enjoying a swim. Pure relaxation!
Breakfast
Hands down, the best breakfast we’ve ever had at a resort. The variety was incredible—from a wide selection of tropical fruits like mangoes, guava, rambutan, and papaya to an impressive spread of pastries and hot dishes. Fresh juices were available, too, and everything was delicious. The staff at breakfast were just as helpful and kind as everywhere else in the resort.

This is a formerly nice hotel, nowadays it’s ok but there’s certainly nothing 5-star about this place. It’s visibly old/rundown, though for the most part we would’ve been ok with that if it wasn’t sold as being 5-star.
Cleaning was ok but not great, it never felt fully clean as it’s a bit dated and some things just look a bit dirty as a result of that. But the personnel overall were nice and helpful, with the exception of some bluntly asking for tip.
Breakfast was included, I wouldn’t have paid for it as it was a really said affair. Except for some of the local soups, pho, which were ok. Anything western was extremely poor quality and tasteless unfortunately.
Overall, location and beach is pretty ok if you want something secluded, but it certainly isn’t worth paying a premium for this hotel.FromCNY 675

The hotel is near to grandworld, convenient place to visit vinwonder, safari and grandworld. But is far from the cable car, the grab price on the island is consider expensive for me. There is vinbus available for free which will pass through the hotel but you gotta match the timing. The price is reasonable with variety of breakfast, they even prepare box lunch for you if need to check out early, need to inform reception. The room is big as well with basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton bud, comb (!! Less hotel provide them nowadays), indoor reusable slipper (!! A must for me), the hairdryer is pretty strong as well. The swimming pool is lively everyday with adults and kids, it seem to open till late night. Kids club open from 9-5pm during weekdays and longer during weekends, visited during one of the weekday when it is almost close around 4.30pm, the caretaker did not feel like entertaining us anymore, she just sit there checking her hp. Receptionist and front door people all have great smile. If you stay with the hotel, you can get discount price for vinwonder and safari, child under 4yr can get free pass to the park even if over 100cm, found out after buying ticket online since the vinpearl website mention over 100cm need child ticket. This is a relatively new hotel in the north, with construction sites nearby.
It has a kids' club and a game room, which are great for passing the time on rainy days. The swimming pool has a small slide that's perfect for young children. You can even order pizza by the pool, which is quite convenient. However, there's really nothing to do at the northern beach; the waves are just too big!
We stayed for three nights and it was quite comfortable. It's very close to VinWonders Phu Quoc and the safari, and getting around by Grab or renting a motorbike is easy. If you rent a motorbike, you can drop it off at the lobby, though it's a bit more expensive than renting outside.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh juices and even more coffee options. There are many à la carte choices, and they can even do latte art – haha!FromCNY 984

It was really great full for this resort. When i arrived at this resort that i knew booked wrong date to stay. Luckely, they solved our problem so easily and even they arranged more expensive and sea view room.
Also staff were so friendly and meal was tasty. Everything there was really great experience. By the spa was also really great and they had discount for ladies.
Definitely i advise you to stay at this resort. Everything was perfect.

Hmmm…overall is a good hotel. However, I don’t feel it is a 5 star worthy rated hotel. We booked for 3 night stay and by the second day, while I was having shower, I ran out of shower gel. The amenities in rooms should be enough for the stay. The guests shouldn’t have to experience leaving the shower without a complete bath. Perhaps the bottles should be transparent so that the house keeping staff can easily see to replenish or not. The other issue we had was the staff at the bar doesn’t know the menu at all. We asked 3 times if the burger was beef, and she told us it was pork. We find it hard to believe but she insisted it was..so I ordered the fish and chips instead but a few minutes later a waiter delivered a burger to the table next to us and I asked the waiter if it was beef burger and he said yes. We try to change our order with another waiter and he tried to talk us out of it and told us it was 20 minutes wait simply because the fish and chips is ready. That’s very disappointing. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one missed the mark!! Definitely not 5 star service

The resort is located in the mainl city on the island and is near many restaurants, cafes, and stores. Its a 15 minute walk to the night market. The rooms are comfortable and the views from the top floors quite good.Service is remarkable and staff are very helpful. It is quite far from the famous beaches on the island though and the beach of the resort is small and uninviting particularly because a pipe spills some water right on the beach and I can't imagine this being clean water. Your hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is very huge. We stayed at small villa and enjoyed the amazing sea view from room. The beautiful beach is just in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. There are lots of indoor facilities such as gym, snooker, ping pong and hockey machine. We used them when there was heavy rain outside.
The breakfast has lots of different choices and the tastes are very good. We love the coconut coffee and mocha coconut water! In the dining area we saw an Indian chef with black uniform checking food. My husband who is also a hotelier saying once you see the chef standing in the restaurant, the food must be promising!
I would like to especially thank to the front desk staff ”Ha” and duty manager ”Katherine”. During check-in we found we had made double reservation by mistake. While we were so worried about the charge, they patiently helped us to solve the problem immediately. In fact I could see all the staff greeted guests with sweet smile all the time. Again my hotelier husband said this hotel did provide very good and professional trainings to all staff.

The Palmy was likely an absolutely stunning property when it was built. Unfortunately the environment and a low maintenance budget have taken its toll. Lots of rusty steel railings are evident.
The restaurant which claims to have both western and local cuisine has what appears to be a Chinese leaning breakfast buffet and the dinner menu is limited to a blade steak dish and Pizza. This was confirmed by another guest that had been there for a week.
The multiple pools looked nice but seemed cloudy.
We splurged and went for the executive suite expecting to have a functional living space. It consisted of a wooden love seat and a coffee table and nothing else. No tv or anything.
The bedroom was the unique room. It was appointed with a nice bed in the centre of the room with a desk behind the headboard, a wall to wall curtains separated the sleeping are from the bathroom area. A glass shower and tub area was in one corner and a glass walled toilet area was in the other.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions of Phu Quoc, such as the night market and King Kong Mart, and also close to the VINBUS bus stop, which you can use to travel for free using the app.
The VIP room I stayed in was right in front of the beach, so I could not only go into the sea from my balcony, but also enjoy the beautiful sunset from my air-conditioned room.
The breakfast buffet had fewer varieties compared to other hotels, but was still quite satisfying.
The pho was especially delicious, and I had it every morning during my stay.
The rooms, as well as the pool and other facilities, were clean, so I had a comfortable stay.
Even though it was during Japan's Golden Week, the pool and beach were almost all reserved for us.
This was the first time I'd ever been able to relax for five days without meeting anyone and looking at the beach.
Because of this, I ended up not going to the spa that I had planned to go to.

However, the only downside was the sea/water quality. Unfortunately, there was plastic and garbage floating in the water, along with a bad smell. It seemed like waste from the surrounding area was washing up, which was disappointing. The waves were also quite high, making swimming less enjoyable.

This trip, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our son, was truly special. They generously upgraded us to a 3-bedroom unit for free. The unit was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent decor and amenities. The surroundings were beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Golf cart service was readily available for getting around, which was very quick and convenient. It was also very easy to access nearby attractions like the zoo and Grand World, with a complimentary shuttle service provided. Everything was amazing. The service, especially Tristan (reception), Thai & Hai (restaurant), the cleaning team, the buggy drivers, the nurse... everyone in the staff! They treated us so nicely, and the hotel itself is an absolute dream! The bedrooms are super clean, the house is huge, and it was super cool to have our own swimming pool! I had the best experience ever in this hotel, and we are willing to come back one day!
Additionally, the 15,000 Steps🚶♀️ Reward Program was super creative, and you should consider running🏃♂️ inside the hotel to get 500,000 💰 VND reward at the same time as you get healthy! 😁👍

CONS: My room was dirty, carpet was stained, hand print on the mirrors and the sliding door to the balcony, pink stuff on the bathroom door. 🤮
