Great Experience in Luxury Hotel and you will find great hospitality and warm welcome and you will enjoy peace and tranquility in this place and the charming view of the River Nile is unforgettable and more than beautiful and you will enjoy your stay to the utmost and you will enjoy the taste of the most delicious food and I recommend this hotel to have your stay as if you are in heaven.

Positive : great food, room very good Negative: we came especially for the pool and it was completely dirty, kind of green water and full of dead bugs. Not even that they bother to clean. NOTHING like the picture, witch is clear and blue. Disappointing.. They gave us an alternative (academy pool next to the hotel ) we’re people were having lessons, so no privacy. There was a swimming instructor girl that was always looking at us and judging us because we were of course in a bikini. Made us feel super uncomfortable. Only 3 people speak inglish, no one could understand us. If you are counting to see shows, it’s not gonna happen, at least in this time of year. The only good part of this experience was the food.

If i would rate this hotel , it won't worth more than 1 star. It is dirty, noisy (77 decibel) . The tv was not working, wifi was so poor . Unfortunately we booked for 4 nights, we couldn't stay more than 1 night , and the manager refused to refund the money to us.
