A place beyond your wildest dreams! Welcome to the lap of nature! The oldest and most preserved place to stay at Sasan Gir. The boundary of Gir National Park is just behind the resort, the ONLY place in Sasan Gir to be this near to the jungle! This place is everything and more you imagined and expected Gir to be! An off-road leading to tranquillity and heaven. The stones used in this place are unique and nowhere to be found nowadays. Finger-licking, hygienic and healthy local food served with warmness and love. In the morning, birds from all over the world visit this place to drink water and bathe. In the evening, deer come to say hello. And at night, lions and leopards roam just behind the resort and you can hear them roar! Every penny spent at this place is worth double its value! If you haven't stayed at Maneland Jungle Lodge, I doubt you have experienced true living at Sasan Gir!

Lovely cottage room, with a truly welcoming & helpful hotel owner. Really enjoyed our stay here. It is a long way up a dirt track from the road, which is good if you want jungle tranquility. Great home cooking. We will definitely visit again if we return to Sasan Gir. And, there are lions around after midnight.
