Very comfortable , cozy and clean room. Staff are friendly. Tucked away from the busy street, walking distance to the shops and food. Hair dryer (shared) is provided. Cons: walls are thin and I can hear conversations of people outside the room/in the common area. Once, there were people barging into my room at 2am because they mistook my room as theirs, so I would advice guests to lock their room when you go to bed.

Super clean guesthouse conveniently located in Tanah Rata. We really enjoyed our stay: the staff are incredibly kind, the other guests were fun to hang out with when we felt like it and the tours organised (through Cameron Secrets) are awesome! Glad we chose this guesthouse for our trip to the Cameron Highlands and would love to go again!

I arrived in the late afternoon on a Friday and was welcomed by Mr Gandhi. There's a nice place to park my motorcycle safely. I stayed in a dormitory - was hoping to have a single room, but i took too long to book and booked too late. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable, the mattress firm, clean and the beddings also clean: There was a single 'firmish' pillow and pillow case. thick blanket. I was also given a towel. There are no lockers that I was told of, so it's always prudent to have a lockable bag when in a dormitory for one's own peace of mind. The shared shower/toilet was spacious and the heater was good. Just need to switch it on outside before entering. The overall common areas were very welcoming, cosy and st up for small groups of people to have conversations. Kudos! These is also a hose outside with a brush for anyone who returns with muddy shoes from a trek to wash and clean up. Thank you for that thoughtfulness! I appreciate small things like this. Gerard, you are a most hospitable and engaging owner host! I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. I look forward to chatting with you again the next time I visit Camerons! We stayed here for 3 nights. It is the best place to stay in Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. On our first day all tours were already fully booked because of school holiday. The staff advised us to do a beautiful and adventurous jungle trek on our own. On our second day we went on a group hiking tour with Jason, which you can book at the hotel. It was absolutely amazing! Jason told us everything about the Malaysian nature and conservation. After an adventurous trek through the jungle, we arrived at the gorgeous Cameron Highlands tea garden, where Jason explained the history about tea and tea production. We highly recommend Father's Guesthouse and Jason's tour!

Fathers Gueshouse is such a friendly and welcoming place, I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Cameron Highlands. It was clean, comfortable and very well located, just off the main road. The reception staff were super nice.
