【2026年】菲耶索萊公寓 評價・真實住客意見評論及評分

I stayed here with my husband and two young children over Easter. We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect for exploring Fiesole and Florence. It’s a short walk to the village plaza, the local supermarket/shops, the archeological site and the bus to take you into Florence (which runs every 15 minutes). Before we had even arrived at the apartment we were helped by the owners with helpful directions and instructions on what to do on arrival. Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome, maps and recommendations on places to explore locally and in Florence. The accommodation itself was lovely and clean. Very well set up for a family. There was also plenty of secure parking. I would definitely stay again and can very much recommend.

We stayed at this magnificent place for our brief stay in Tuscany. Residence Fiesole far exceeded our expectations. Tommaso greeted us exceptionally well even before we arrived, sending us helpful information about getting to Fiesole and to the residence (it's a very old village so the roads are winding and forked). Upon arrival, Tommaso gave us so many helpful tips about both Fiesole and Florence, and also made great restaurant suggestions (he was right about all of them!). The 7 Fiesole bus made it easy to get in and out of Florence, but there was one day when we felt like taking it easy, so we hopped to the grocery store just 3 minutes away, grabbed some food, and ate on the balcony for each meal, enjoying the incredible view of the Tuscan countryside, while relaxing in our peaceful and breezy room the rest of the time. (On that note, some Residence Fiesole rooms are at ground level with a big patio, and some are on the second floor with a balcony. Either way, great views.) Fiesole itself is quite an interesting village to explore. There are Etruscan ruins near the village centre, a quirky museum (which wasn't open when we were there), plenty of restaurants (we loved La Reggia Degli Etrusche), and I found lovely linen shirts one of the boutiques. I appreciated the calm away from the city's bustle (because Florence moves very quickly), but Tommaso and the entire team at Residence Fiesole also made things incredibly easy for us. I recommend staying at Residence Fiesole *instead* of anywhere in Florence. You won't be disappointed.

Un angolo di paradiso e tranquillità con una cura dei dettagli bellissima, camere pulite, belle e dotate di ogni comfort, ma i due valori aggiunti del posto sono il panorama bellissimo sulle colline Fiesolane dove affacciano tutte le camere, e l’ospitalità di tutto lo staff soprattutto Tommaso sempre super gentile, disponibile e che ti fa sentire come a casa!

Fiesole est magnifique, la résidence bien situé mais sans voiture c'est tout simplement impossible. Quelques repproches : promiscuité et intimité à revoir. Pas de cafetière dans la cuisine pourtant bien équipée. Une salle de bain bien équipée en faillances mais très peu pratique, manque d'étagères et de crochets porte vêtement. Un lavabo et c'est tout. Où poser les nécessaires de toilettes ?? Le pire quand même c'est le linge de maison qui est fourni pour 1 semaine. Pour le prix c'est dommage.

Un appartement idéal pour se reposer après une journée à Florence. Calme avec balcon. Literie très confortable. Place de parc . Fiesole est un petit village très agréable, sur une colline en dessus de Florence. 15 minutes de bus pour aller en ville de Florence, très agréable de ne pas prendre la voiture. En plus nous avons profité d’un upgrade, un grand confort pour 4 personnes adultes, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Rapport qualité/prix excellent 👍 Merci Tomaso , nous reviendrons!
