Booked as a city break through east jet and wasn’t disappointed. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Friendly staff. While the room is basic it has everything you need and we had a great view. Personally I have to highly recommend purely for the amazing shower and the HUGE bath both perfect for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. My husband and I both agree we would stay again.

我最近在這家酒店住了很長時間,對這次經歷非常滿意。位置優越,距離阿登納廣場UBahn300米,附近有一些可愛的餐廳,特別是一家意大利和土耳其餐廳。工作人員很愉快,早餐也不錯。房間很好,乾淨。牀很舒服,wifi也相當快。我沒有投訴。

„+“ • nicely arranged apartment • very nice bathroom with window • no noise outside during the night so I could sleep with opened window • very balanced/rich breakfast (incl. vegan options) • generally clean • ecology: you can skip the room cleaning/towel change and get a free drink • puplic transportation: 8 min walking to the next subway station ~ • receptionists were very kind but some of them rather neutral/passive, some occupied themselves with their private smartphones as long as no guest was requesting their attention • the apartment on 19 m2 is officially an apartment because of the tiny kitchenette but it did not have the homely appearance of an apartment in which you would like to spend more time than in a normal hotel room • parking: all parking spaces in the street in which the hotel is were occupied but I could find a free parking space in a different street very nearby - • there were no towels in the apartment • the shower mat was dirty/used -＞ in both cases the staff helped me immediately • the kitchen in the apartment could not be fully used because there was not even a pot or a pan • the very few kitchen utensils were stored in a plastic bucket that was located in the open cupboard where you put your clothes and this bucket looked like a rubbish bin

This hotel is in a great location close to quite a few restaurants and metro station and bus stops. There is also a parking garage (20 euros a night) not too far from the hotel. It is a bit odd to enter the hotel. The elevator takes you to reception (at the top of the building) then you have to take a separate elevator from reception to the floor your room is on. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bar has a lovely rooftop area to sit at.

房間較小，但就價格而言還可以。我們位於場邊，非常漂亮和安靜 - 儘管只有少數房間位於那一側，而且大多數房間可能有所不同。空調基本上毫無用處，零製冷，再加上房間相當悶熱——我不想在熱浪中待在那裡。 Wi-Fi 不穩定，而且經常無法登入。完全無法接受的是過去36小時完全沒有熱水，飯店也沒有公開道歉，甚至沒有承認。 「奇怪的是」——考慮到熱水體驗——承諾在酒店網站上留下評論的電子郵件還沒有到達。

Staff were nice and pleasant. Good part of town with convenient transport links. Room was spacious and light. Able to open windows to a leafy quiet street. Style of interior isn't that of a super modern hotel.. it feels slightly dated but kept clean and tidy. Only bad points for me is the pungent stink coming from the bathroom, which I can only put down to old plumbing/drainage systems. A quite unbearable sulferous whiff which reached a highpoint in the morning 'showering' time... The aforementioned windows had to be opened wide. Apart from that it was fine, okay for a short stop Didn't partake in any of the dining or breakfast on offer

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

一一个人的咖啡優點：1.地理位置優越，主要景點均可步行到達，周圍有不少不錯的德國飯館。2.早餐出乎意料的美味，酒店雖然衹有一間餐廳（意大利菜），味道不錯，酒單上有不同產區的雷司令可供選擇。3.高層房間可以看風景，很美。
缺點：1.房間沒有總控，需要一盞一盞關燈。2. 房間裏插頭太少，不方便。

訪訪客我們最近去柏林度假期間住在2家酒店,既有4星級的,也有初級套房,價格也差不多這一家在各方面都比另一家好!老實說,如果我們再次訪問柏林,我們肯定會回來的,因爲它擁有一切。我們在7樓的一間小套房住了3晚,陽台可以看到城市景觀(744房間),房間寬敞,很乾淨,現代,牀很舒服。絕對推薦住一個陽台房,這真的增加了坐在外面看柏林夜晚的溫暖夜晚的經驗酒店經營的生態方案,當選擇不更換毛巾/牀鋪時,您可以在酒店酒吧免費喝飲料,這是一個好主意,我們發現酒吧的感覺很好早餐很棒,食物和飲料的選擇如此巨大和美妙。我們10歲的孩子完全迷戀煎餅機,他不相信他的運氣,因爲每天早上員工都會用托盤的迷你巧克力餅(和冰咖啡)來圍桌。早餐工作人員也很棒,特別是那個拿着上面提到的托盤的傢伙,他總是微笑。實際上酒店的所有工作人員都很友好和樂於助人老實說,這真的會讓人與衆不同。位置也很完美,安全,所以很多景點的中心,有很多咖啡館和餐館,步行距離,還有化學家和超市。U-bahn站步行一分鐘就到了,在U2和U6的線上,這使得我們想訪問的任何地方都很容易,而不必換管。

GGlobal11281771093對我們第一次到柏林的旅行,我們不可能找到一個更好的酒店了,位於一個安靜的廣場,門外就有地鐵站。就在隔壁是一家最令人驚異的巧克力商店,那裡出售人類已知的每一種可以想象到的類型的巧克力,而那個咖啡館有約20種不同類型的熱巧克力,如果我們再待得久點就不能全身而退了。 這個酒店漂亮樸素,房間很乾凈寬敞,有很多選擇的有線電視頻道(並不是我們看了任何頻道)。浴室很現代化,很大。這個酒店在牆倒塌之前的那段時期曾經是高級德意志民主共和國的大人物常去的地方。對麪的廣場令人愉快,1分鐘步行距離內的地方有很多優秀的飯館。要走到查理檢查站需要大約8分鐘,而且坐着地鐵,各處都很容易到達。 如果你像我們一樣是一次去柏林,你真的不可能找到一個更好的位置,明智的接受這個城市所提供的一切。雖然隱蔽,但是對於城市內部的一點平靜而言足夠了。 我們會回來。

GGwendolynsaI stayed at the hostel from the night of the 01.08 - 02.08.2021. First of all the location was not as expected, it was located in the middle of the industrial area. The receptionist did not speak any English or German. It were unorganized and the room which I had booked was unavailable. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no room numbers on the floor. The room which I was stayed in was occupied by a polish worker, who lived in the hostel. People were knocking at the door multiple times during the evening and a polish man barged in and was sexually harassing me. Additionally I could not sleep because men were talking and yelling outside. I did not feel safe to leave the room during the night.
