柏林Cold War Bunker附近酒店

光與影。其實是一家不錯的酒店。佈置現代，房間不錯，但管理顯然很差。我們到達時唯一的電梯壞了。替代貨運電梯提供服務。緩慢、草率且不可靠。預訂的停車場每天 15 歐元，但實際上已經滿了。或者，將自行車停放在自行車停車位的側面，以免妨礙其他客人。無法直接進入酒店，因為它實際上屬於隔壁的酒店。從提供的早餐來看，早餐實際上還不錯。但 22 歐元的價格並不便宜。結論：唯一的咖啡機有問題只能以後解決。我想唯一的兩個服務員是第二年培訓的實習生，他們完全不知所措。盤子、玻璃杯、餐具等不見了，客房服務：酒杯沒有清洗，淋浴間沒有清洗……。 （交易會？）每晚 140 歐元的價格 — 不可接受！

This hotel, is horrific. Words can simply not describe the poor service my friends and I received when we stayed here. Firstly, the rooms are not at all pleasant, and the windows do very little when it comes to blocking out any sound, this includes very loud music throughout the night based from the caravan park besides the hotel. I understand that this is expected from a capital city, but there is constantly ambulance and police sirens, which are terribly loud. The beds are not comfortable, and I noticed pen stains on my matrice once I *****ped the bed. The bathrooms are vaguely clean, but after a certain time, we noticed the temperature of the shower would not change from cold. There are some good facilities in this hostel however, there is a large kids area underneath the hotel, with games and a television, but this became a struggle as when we needed ping-pong balls and bats, the reception man became rather passive aggressive, asking for a form of identification in return for the equipment. He was rather rude, and tended to raise his voice at us. For the cuisine, overall, the food was of a decent standard, nothing too special and was not disgusting, but I found myself disappointed with the variety of food, I came to Berlin in hopes of indulging myself in the German culture, which was difficult to do as the food was practically the same as I would get in the UK. There were food machines which I did find useful to an extent, for example there was a butter machine, drinks machine and a pancake machine. This pancake machine caused an utter nightmare for me. At first all was fine, until the pancakes were dispensing the diameter of a ping pong ball, these were getting smaller and smaller until it became a singular drop being dispensed,, and when we asked a member of staff to help, she fiddled around, pressed some buttons, and shrugged at us, indicating to me she had no clue what she was doing . Moreover this hotel is of a very poor quality and I would not recommend to anyone.

The Hotel Big Mama is an incredible value in terms of its rooms and in a really cool area with beautiful places to walk by a lovely canal. They have a Hour Hour and full bar, have breakfast and delicious coffee. But, without exception, they have the kindest most helpful staff I have encountered anywhere in the world. As a single woman, non-German speaker my first time in Berlin during the times of COVID, I had a lot of anxiety about everything from where to get my Covid test to fly home, to safety about walking. Every staff member made me feel welcome, was incredibly helpful, and was a unique and interesting person to get to meet and connect with. There is nothing more important when you are staying somewhere you don't know than feeling you are valued and can make connections with people. I am deeply grateful to the staff at Hotel Big Mama for making me feel at home. A huge shout out in particular to Marlen, Mila, Joanne and Walid-- THANK YOU for making my stay in Germany a welcome one and taking such good care of me.

在我們探索柏林的同時，在這裡住了4晚。步行至東柏林市中心。靠近車站，步行5分鐘。 房間很小但是很緊湊。乾淨，有一些英語頻道的電視。還有德國的空中運動1和2！ 浴室是5星級。降雨淋浴和地板下供暖！ 床很舒服，但是cld可以用更好的枕頭：-/ 早餐很好，有新鮮水果，雞蛋火腿和奶酪。 強烈建議並再次使用

剛剛在這家酒店住了五晚,體驗很好。工作人員對週邊地區和柏林都非常瞭解。我的房間很棒,早餐也很棒。行政酒廊儲備充足,工作人員樂於助人。強烈推薦這家位於市中心的酒店,供您下次訪問。

我在這裏住了兩次了,沒有重大投訴!位置很棒,就在火車站,離市中心只有兩站路。酒店還給你一張旅行通行證,在您入住期間,可在所有公共交通上使用 - 驚人!這是一個巨大的省錢項目。房間大小不錯,我們的有冰箱。窗戶打開通風很好。工作人員超級友好和樂於助人!這是性價比很高的一家很棒的酒店。我們一定會回來的!

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

I loved this hotel at first sight ! BIg and clean rooms with a fantastic breakfast ! i missed sauna but friends of mine confirm me that they spend there a great time ! Be there during an event has been really pleasant ! Well served with taxi due to far distance from city center.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
