Great location to get my official work done, beautiful ambience, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and welcoming staffs. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, decent room. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

在大吉嶺能算是數一數二質量較好的酒店了，雖然周邊很破舊，但這裏算是個小港灣，特別適合兩個人住（因為含雙早）。從大吉嶺火車站，拖着箱子走到酒店大約15分鐘，年輕人是沒問題的，從酒店走到山頂廣場也就5分鐘，很是方便，旁邊有地攤性質的夜市，還有kfc，樓下竟然還有一家miniso，我也是醉了，丟中國人的臉的假日本品牌四處泛濫。視頻是在房間裏用延時拍攝的。另外，這裏提供免費寄存行李，你可以去花四五天徒步，把行李留在這裏，回來再取。

The staff are very accommodating and warm, and location is perfect - it's a 10 min walk from the mall but is high enough to have a stunning outlook that places on the mall don't see. We actually had some medical issues during our stay here that prolonged our trip, and the team were so understanding and flexible, helping us keep our room on level 6 as long as possible (we recommend this room, best view!). Delicious breakfasts too

I came to this resort in 1995..first time..nothing much has changed except its got better...see u again soon. The hospitality of the staff..the view..its all heart warming.The price of food is on the higher side but in hills thats expected. Thank you

We have booked two suits for two couples. On arrival, the other couple rejected the suit room because it was damp and not ventilated. Instead, they opted for a normal room with balcony facing the busy road. The other suit room was on the terrace. Ok, I liked it. It was lunch time. The restaurant was super crowded, the food was good. So after lunch when it was time to use bathroom, we found there was no water coming to the room. The staffs tried but in vain. So we have to shift to another room. In this way we have to abandon both the suits, that to a lower category in a higher price. Irony is that the next day we got to know there were other suit room in the hotel just beside our room. And the suit room on terrace was also occupied.

We stayed on way back from Bhutan. Just 15 km from Bagdogra airport. On the main road in the town itself. Rather small but clean and comfortable rooms. Just behind reception is the restaurant. Food was good. Dhawan Das, Steward was very helpful. Nice stay.

訪訪客location: On Gandhi Road. Okay for senior citizens as the way to Mall, more or less, on plain surface, not up and down to walk. But a little bit distance, about 10-15 minutes walk for aged people. Property: Old, decorated with old but aesthetic appeal with average maintenance. Staff behaviour: Okay Our experience: We stayed for 2 days. We booked for 3 senior citizens. Tarrif charged for 3 persons, that is 1.5 times of normal double bed room tarrif. But when We checked in, they allotted a small double bed room. The room was on 2nd floor and very not enough for 3 persons and blocked all the for sides with no outside view. On protest they somehow managed to arrange a mattress on the floor leaving no space for movement in the room. We have booked hotels for many times, but never gone through such experience. We didn't receive the value for money at all. should look into this and ensure proper service and provide value for money. After all we are not happy with the room allotted to us as per value charged. Caution: Before booking for this hotel please note that once booked, no refund is allowed on cancellation on future date. Our experience for 2 days stay

Stayed here for 2 nights. And I'll give the real picture. Good things first... 1) Room was perfect as per the amount I paid. Eventually, they upgraded me even before I asked for it. Room had all amenities one might need during a stay 2) Behaviour of the entire team is awesome. They served me with a smile... Every single time. And they never said NO for any of my requests. Now, few serious stuffs to look into.... 1) Location, which is 1 Km from Darjeeling Mal, While Keventers & Mahakal Chowk are 500 mts. And you don't get any view from the room 2) They have communication issues, perhaps language barrier. On Day-2 I requested to replenish the complimentary drinking water. But IRD team member arrived with packaged drinking water. But again, their behaviour is damn good. He took that back & catered to my actual request 3) This was troublesome. I was supposed to check out at 0730 Hrs. And my room was with breakfast. I informed the Front Desk about the scenario in the previous evening. The ever friendly lady at the desk confirmed me that although Breakfast won't be available at that time, but she'll send sandwiches for me which I was Ok with. But when I called the desk at 6AM in the morning, the guy was clueless. He paid a courtesy visit to the room & said the message of providing sandwiches wasn't passed to him.... Again communication laps Overall the hotel is good & recommended. But don't book your room with breakfast if you have early morning departure.

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.

# Awesome Stay Beautiful and Peace. It's calm. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are cordial. Best part was the dining area - cozy, nice seating arrangement, great food (we tried vegetarian food mainly), buffet breakfast had a spread with mixture of South Indian, North Indian,Fresh fruits etc. Restaurant staff ensured that we were comfortable and asked for any requirements . This is the place to stay when in Siliguri….Felt as home away from home literally
