Comfortable room, hotel very clean, breakfast buffet mostly japanese food, the staff was extremely kind but unfortunately not many of them speak English, which is surprising even if they have almost exclusively Japanese customers.... notwithstanding all this, they try very hard to say a few words and, luckily enough we have instant translators in our phones nowadays ..... I especially liked the hotel Onsen,located at the exit of the hotel, spacious and modern , with outside and inside poolbath... definitely the best and most recent one I saw during my 1 month stay in Japan ...
