I would never suggest this hotel! The check in process was one of the few highlights along with the breakfast. The elevator worked intermittently! I ended up walking up four flights twice during our 3 day stay and my 82 year husband had to once. Room cleaning was very spotty. Maintenance needs attention there are several areas where wallpaper is separating, the desk had been repaired and the air conditioning seemed to not be working. When this was brought to the managers attention via email, I did receive a prompt response with numerous apologies for the inconveniences, but no response to my request for compensation. When this was brought to his attention, I received an offer of a discount for a future stay! How many of you would believe that is a reasonable and fair offer? I certainly do not!

Wonderful, quaint hotel in the heart of the gothic quarter. We arrived late in the day and were thrilled to have such a good location with dinner a options nearby (we ate across the street just steps away at La Boqueria and had a delightful first dinner). The hotel is located on a quaint cobblestone street right off of las ramblas and walkable to almost every attraction we wanted to see. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic with many options and the patio area with heaters was perfect. As with many rooms we've stayed in across Europe, upgrading with usb ports by the bedside would be very helpful with the tech charging needs of today!!

My husband 70 and I 69 are celebrating our honeymoon. We are from Florida, US. We went to Boqueria hotel barcelona. My son and daughter in law went there December 23. They were very please and recommend it to us. Great experience. Excellent!!!

The room was very clean and perfectly to stay. We are very glad to stay in this hotel. Very near to the Rambla Breakfast very good and various. All was very clean. Very beautiful hotel and in a good position in Barcelona, they helped me to find a restaurant. Good

From the moment we arrived until we left we were treated like honoured guests. Staff genuinely care that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Spacious bedroom and shower room. Pleasant seating areas, especially the courtyard garden. Breakfast offers a great selection with something for everyone. Most impressive of all is how the bar staff (Bruno and Maria) remember your order and room number whenever you visit the bar. The hotel is very centrally located, close to a Metro station but it’s easy to walk to most places of interest. If we come back to Barcelona we’ll definitely stay here again.
