The worst experience of my life. I Looked at the reviews of the hotel when I was booking the room and I thought it coudnt be that bad. After entering the hotel premise, my worst nightmare was coming true. After entering the lobby, it became clear that what other people were saying about this hotel is absolutely true. The Hotel is a complete disaster from start to finish. The approach is totally rundown. Reception area is dirty and smell of mold. air conditioning is terrible. Hallways are dirty and there is construction going on inside the building for some other businesses. Doors to the stairs were broken and it was so dirty that my kids were afraid to touch anything from walls to the doors. The room was terrible with humidity and moldy smell. Air condition unit was broken. Tv was broken and the mirror on the bathroom door was smashed. I immediately knew that its going to be hard spending a night with family in this place but decided to switch room, just in case the other room is any livable. The other room was all the same (like I said the whole building is a mess). The whole property looked like a hotel for ghosts. Parking lot was not paved and there is overgrown wild plants on the whole property. There was overgrowth of bushes and plants in what used to be the swimming pool. My family decided to move out within 30 min of checkin. This hotel is listed on all travel booking sites and I dont understand how on earth these reputable sites allow this type of property on their sites. This hotel is listed as 3.5 star on Hotwire while I dont see even a single star can be given to this "Oh St. Joseph Resort hotel". Please do not get fooled by the name and waste your time and money by booking this place.

This place is absolutely disgusting--don't know how it hasn't been shut down. Stairwells grimy, exterior falling apart, paint peeling, linens old--whole place smells. we left and got money back from Hotwire.

We used Hotwire to book this supposedly 3 star hotel. When we arrived it looked like an old store front. Inside the lobby was very dated! When we walked down the hall to get to our room our alarm bells went off that this was definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. As we were discussing the condition of the hallway another guest told us not to worry that the rooms themselves were better. We proceeded to our room. Upon opening the door we discovered the air-conditioning unit cover laying on the floor exposing the inner workings of the unit. The room was very dated. We immediately called Hotwire to ask for a refund that we were not staying there. Heading back to the font desk we found peeling wallpaper, holes punched in the walls and FILTHY carpeting throughout.
