we wanted to check in rooms were available but management told us that it is occupied staff friendly mangement arrogant we are retired friends on a long motorbike trip though lovely rajasthan it seems that the hotel management doesn't realize that motorcycle riders spend usually a lot of money during a stay.

Believe everything you read about this Sheraton hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return.The location is perfect,our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a garden!wow.The staff is wonderful patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep) . Wish I could of stayed longer - next time ....
