Don't stay here...they dont provide hairdryers and the wifi is NOT fast!!!Grotty is the word I would use to describe my room (603).

Hotel is in a good location 10 mins or so walk to main square. Staff friendly but hotel just okay. Loud humming noise on floor 4/5 that’s louder when laying down. If you hate noises when sleeping then this isn’t for you! Staff friendly. Breakfast is little lacking.

Stayed here as part of our G Adventures tour Clean and comfortable rooms, good water pressure in shower and warm! WiFi strong most of the time. Maybe not on floor 4.. Breakfast nice. Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here twice and enjoyed

Stayed at this hotel as part of our G adventure tour. This hotel has lifts, wifi, hot showers and they offer a heater for the room and extra blankets too. No air conditioners in the rooms. The hotel is within walking distance from the main square in cusco and also near supermarkets. The public bus also stopped right outside. The hotel has a very basic breakfast. Staff don't speak much english. Quite a noisy hotel- you hear all the noise from the surrounding areas.

Lo bueno: *Una buena localizacion, esta como a kilometro y medio de la plaza mayor, tiene algunos museos cerca, el mercado cerca. *Hay restaurantes cerca, de todo tipo, para todos los gustos. *El aseo lo hacen todos los dias. Lo malo: *Es un hotel que necesita renovacion, no tiene calefacción. *El wifi es muy inestable. *Solo tiene un ascensor, que es pequeno, entonces hay que esperar varios turnos o subir por las gradas, que dado el mal de altura es un poco incomodo. *El desayuno es regular, pero el cafe siempre esta frio, y nunca rellenan la comida a tiempo, entonces hay que tener paciencia para poder desayunar en paz.
