Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean . Staff was cooperative and polite. Food was reasonably priced and good taste . Receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Beach is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness not up to mark. Could smell drainage smell in washbasin. Staff not so polite n helpful at desk. Staff at desk not available at the time of call. Not value for money

The arrangement is very Excellent.. The staff is very co-operative. Ms.Parab Madam helped us a lot at the time of Booking the Hotel. She guided us in a very proper way. Mr. Sameer Sir actually guided us about the Malvan after reaching to the Hotel. He is always ready to explain you about site seeing in very proper way. The Hotel is very nearer to Chivala Beach. 5 out of 5 star..

Budget friendly and great service. We stayed for 3 nights before moving to RIvercoast resort, which is a property owned by same group. Comapring both, this is walking distance from the beach whereas rivercoast is river facing. Restaurant offers good breakfast and rooms are clean

We stayed for a week in December. The hotel is in modern building with parking spaces in front and a small garden. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beautiful Chivala beach. The rooms are a decent size, with a comfortable bed are equipped with all the basics: enough storage space, in room safe, TV, and a small fridge. WiFi was often quite slow. Functional but rather characterless and without charm. Similarly the bathroom, with enough hot water and quite a good shower. The restaurant was simple, but served its purpose. Breakfast was mainly Indian style. We did like their upma , idli etc and masala omelettes. Fresh fruit was not on the menu, but upon request they managed to provide a good fresh fruit salad every morning. The coffee was awful. The lunch and dinner menu was limited, especially for vegetarians. We had a thali dinner one evening (veggie for hubbie, prawns for me), and that was actually very tasty. Prices were reasonable. The reception staff ranged from very helpful, friendly and quite efficient to useless and miserable. The lady running the restaurant was lovely and a pretty good cook. The waiter seemed most happy when seated at a table at the back watching his phone. All a bit amateurish. It was still a pretty good stay.
