All in all I can’t think of anything We could complain absolut these people know what their brand is all about for those people who want to experience the Latinate comfort and service we highly recommend the park Hyatt Hamburg

Excellent accommodations, it is a shame that they will be closing in a short few days. I felt it important however to leave a review so that the staff and management should be aware of superior service and accommodations they offered right until they closed.

Fabulous hotel and what’s more important is the wonderful customer service . We visit lots of hotels and by far this is now one of our favourites. From walking in we felt cared about and the room was stunning! Thankyou Hyatt for the wonderful bottle of champagne we had on arrival to celebrate our anniversary and for such a wonderful stay ! Truly 5 star all the way !

Perfect location just a few steps away from the shopping street in Hamburg center, all public transportation near by. The room was wide and clean, very spacious a lot of hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was equipped with a tub and shower which was very convenient. Soundproofing was quite good no noise from other rooms you can be sure you have a calm and relaxing night. The hotel is a real pleasure with its friendly staff also. Really nice hotel. A bit pricey maybe but it's Hamburg and all rooms are in that range. I strongşy recommend.

Very centrally located...a few minutes from Central Rail station and about 10 from City Hall (Rathous). Rooms are large with gigantic shower/bath room and a separate toilet. Top notch amenities and facilities. Definitely recommended.
