Stayed for a night. New hotel centrally located, good service, decent breakfast, large rooms, clean large bathroom, well-functioning heating, strong wifi connection. Attached to a newly developing shopping area. A cool sports bar and roof bar as well as a steak restaurant. And the things not so liked. The rooms we had on the 5th floor had strong cigarette odor. Keep in mind that the rooms did not have balconies and half-opening windows, so i assumed the previous occupants did smoke in the room. Duvet was short, and small for the king size bed i had. For a separate note, it was installed side out. In maintenance term the hotel overall and the rooms seemed to have certain upkeep issues due to number of occasions i encountered lack of some detail cleaning and maintenance. Overall, it is a good property to stay. Watch the odor in the room though. I would stay again.

Tek kelimeyle mükemmel bir otel. Odaları pırıl pırıl, geniş, modern ve ferah. Dekorasyon mükemmel. Asansör ile avm ye inip ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi alabilirsiniz. Restoran larda yemek yiyebilir, kahve dünyasında yorgunluk kahvesi içebilirsiniz. Şehir merkezine çok yakında. Ulaşımı çok kolay. Tüm bu güzellik ler göz önünde olunca fiyatları da çok makul kalıyor. Balıkesire gelince hiç başka otel aramaya gerek yok...

Görev nedeniyle gittiğimizde kaldım. Girişten itibaren kaliteyi net bir şekilde görüyorsunuz. Odalar konforlu ve temiz, kahvaltı yeterince zengin, personelin tamamı da güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Tek eleştirim otelin girişi yan tarafta ve garip bir şekilde yapılmış. Kalitesine yakışan güzel bir giriş yapılmalıdır. Tavsiye ederim.
