柏林Skylounge in der Gropiusstadt附近酒店

Sono stats veramente Bene in questão hotel, personae prestativo anche con chi non sa l’inglese colazione con ampia scelta l’unica pecca è che la struttura rimani molto lontana dal centro di Berlino, vicino ad esso si trova i ristoranti e supermercati.

我是衝著該酒店的名稱中含柏林機場而訂的，但事實上它衹是離T5（第五客運大樓）近，而從一般航班登機用的T1和T2相距甚遠（需要打車、或搭乘地鐵S9或S45兩站，再步行5-10分鐘）。因此，事實上住該“機場”酒店並沒有起到、或起到很少幫助趕飛機的作用。住房的基本條件、及衞生還不錯，早餐也還算豐富。

I stayed at the hostel from the night of the 01.08 - 02.08.2021. First of all the location was not as expected, it was located in the middle of the industrial area. The receptionist  did not speak any English or German. It were unorganized and the room which I had booked was unavailable. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no room numbers on the floor. The room which I was stayed in was occupied by a polish worker, who lived in the hostel. People were knocking at the door multiple times during the evening and a polish man barged in and was sexually harassing me. Additionally I could not sleep because men were talking and yelling outside. I did not feel safe to leave the room during the night. 

我從柏林的另一家便宜的酒店搬來,因爲這家酒店清楚地說明他們有空調。他們沒有。他們有一個蒸發冷卻系統,過時了,根本不起作用。爲了迴應投訴,他們只是說'我們是環保'。這很好 - 但不要說你有空調。如果我在酒店支付220歐元一晚,因爲天氣很熱,我想要空調,最好有空調。通過點評....管理比較關心的是人們給他們準確的評分(經理經常回復'可惜你只給了我們1星',可惜我房間這麼熱,睡不着?!很遺憾,您的網站描述是錯誤的。即使在有關晚上,其中一名工作人員來到房間,並覈實即使是可怕的“冷卻系統”也沒有工作。經理Sasha Braunstein顯然沒有得到它,也不在乎。這是一個痛苦的住宿,他們確實有膽量神聖地聲稱他們只是對環境友好。如果你的網站說你有AC,你最好有它。太離譜了。地球變暖....得到一個線索,人們想要AC。我可以在公園露營,比五角酒店炎熱潮溼悶熱的房間更涼爽。

環境設施都沒得説，離機場很近，最方便的出行方式是打uber或者bolt，價格在十歐以內，哪個軟件便宜用哪個。公交就算了，時間很不準，再就是去市區不是方便。送了免費的雞尾酒，附近沒什麼吃的，除了酒店吃（選擇極少），唯一選擇是附近的一家意大利披薩，味道不錯

Stayed here for an early morning flight. I had a rental car to drop off which was handy as the hotel is not in walking distance to the terminal. It took me about 7 minutes to drive there. I am told there is a shuttle bus service. The room was very clean and well sound proofed. Bathroom was small but adequate. I did not like the plastic bed sheet to protect the mattress. Check-in was easy and prepay, so no hassle in the morning. Did not have any food so can´t comment. Parked outside the hotel but possibly in a tow-away area. I was lucky though. The area has the feel of a construction site but this will change soon, I am sure. Would go again if the price was much lower than for the hotels directly at the terminal.

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

The hotel is clean, modern and well-staffed. What was missing for us was warmth and the expected level of hospitality. During our 5-day stay, nobody ever said hello, goodbye or communicated in any manner unless we asked a direct question. When I checked out, the only thing the receptionist said was to remind me I had borrowed an electrical adaptor and to return it. I travel frequently and expect hotels to be warm and welcoming. Also, when I checked in I was given no hotel information other than the E25 breakfast hours. I'm sure it's wonderful, but I since only have coffee, there is no reason to pay 25 euros. Because we didn't go to breakfast and the receptionist didn't tell us, we missed many features of the hotel we might have enjoyed. To further our disappointing stay, there was no printed hotel info in our room other than a book about the featured artist. I hate QR codes, but when I scanned the hotel's, it gave sp**** information. The hotel lobby isn't welcoming and I didn't go to the bar until my last night so was unaware of all the things Art'otel would have liked me to know. The magazine was interesting and beautiful. Why isn't there a copy in guest rooms? The local information and maps were available in the breakfast area, but we didn't go there and weren't offered them by hotel staff. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pictures of beautiful bathrooms with tubs. Sadly, the website fails to mention that tubs are only available in expensive suites. Our visit, while nice, was overpriced. We paid for hospitality and a good room, but only the room was up to the expected standards. Very disappointing.

Das Hotel wirbt als IBIS Potsdamerplatz, hat aber rein gar nichts damit zu tun. Ca. 1200m entfernt, also näher am Checkpoint Charlie als am Potsdamer Platz. Ärgerlich war das, weil ich eine schwere Unfallverletzung habe und mich echt quälen musste, die 1200m mit Gepäck zu laufen.. Dafür können die Mitarbeiter im Hotel nichts. Sie waren allesamt freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind schlicht. Ist eben ein ”Budget” Hotel. Dafür war aber alles i.O. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und lecker, allerdings nicht besonders umfangreich. Für den Preis angemessen. Vom Hotel kommt man mit der S-Bahn gut weg und überall hin. Berlin eben.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
