Nice place, friendly to use, possibility of self booking, good location and quiet area. Breakfast possible, nearby restaurants, I recommend La Plăcinte for romanian cousine. Parking is available in front of hotel with remote control gate. Easy booking, upon arrival continuous messaging from staff re useful hints.

I was visiting the university and my host checked me into the Iassium Apartments. From the outside it didn't look too impressive, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was put in one of the cheaper apartments, but it was clean, had all required cooking utensils with good wifi, with two rooms and a bathroom. There is a small shop next door which is convenient to buy food. As a sensitive sleeper, my big worry is usually noise from adjacent rooms, but nothing disturbed me. They were able to provide breakfast on a tray if requested, but it is easier to buy food from the shop. A few wrinkles: the shower door didn't shut properly, and the reception only seems to be manned first thing in the morning, although a phone number is provided, but as my host handled the booking I had no reason to contact them. A short walk up Boulevard Carol 1 there is a nice park to relax. The prices are very reasonable for these apartments. Overall, a positive experience and I would most likely choose this place again if visiting Iasi.

Albergo situato vicino al centro, Università e Parco Copou. Le nostre camere erano nel seminterrato. Davanti alla finestra della nostra camera a mezzo metro era un muro con un adesivo. Per fortuna che funzionava l'area condizionata. Il bagno con la doccia senza box doccia. C'era la possibilità di scivolamento e caduta ( si allagava il bagno). Nella stanza accanto appena entrati c'era un odore di cigaretta. Il bagno per 4 persone era minuscolo e senza box doccia. La colazione era servita nella stanza. Nella stanza nessun comodino e mancava delle prese vicino a letto. Una mia familiare ha pagato in nero ( in contanti senza nessuna ricevuta). Abbiamo pagati con la carta ma nemmeno noi nessuno ricevuta. Sicuramente non torniamo.
