Stepping into this Taiwanese hot pot restaurant, I was instantly drawn in by its warm and welcoming atmosphere, feeling right at home. The all-you-can-eat hot pot offered a diverse selection, making it both relaxing and satisfying. I ordered the Australian Angus beef shoulder for dinner, plus an all-you-can-eat teppanyaki pot. Each person had their own pot, with two soup bases: a herbal angelica root broth and a skin-brightening milk broth. The Australian Angus beef shoulder had distinct fibers, a smooth texture, and a perfect amount of marbling, leaving a lingering aftertaste. Other options included American beef flank, pork shoulder, and Grandma's Shaoxing wine chicken, each with its own unique flavor. The meat was freshly sliced ​​to ensure tenderness and flavor. The seafood options included prawns and sea bream slices, their springy texture elevating the hot pot to another level. The prawns, especially, paired with the herbal angelica root broth, provided a truly comforting and soothing experience, embodying the warmth and healing power of Taiwanese hot pot. Taiwanese Flavors: Taiwanese duck blood, Taiwanese fish dumplings, handmade egg dumplings, golden fried milk, Tainan shrimp rolls, chocolate bombs, and taro and sweet potato balls showcase the unique flavors of authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The Huadiao drunken chicken wings and pepper pork belly meatballs, with their rich blend of spices and fresh ingredients, offer a truly blissful experience with every bite. Buffet Delight: The buffet area boasts a diverse selection of snacks, from pork skin fish balls to pickled fish, each item irresistible.
