My friends and I booked 5 rooms for a reunion, The location was perfect, the price was right, But we were very wrong when we assumed Marriott properties are smoke free. Smoke wafts in from the neighboring room in the two bedroom residences inn.... talk about second hand smoke.. There are a lot of folks who do "long stays" and being winter they definitely smoke right outside and perhaps even in the room In fairness to the hotel management... they told us they would move us (but at the same time insisted no one smoked inside - and it was the smoke from under the door) I would not stay in this hotel unless Marriott stays true with their claims Raghu

We had a confirmed reservation and were told if we came before 8 pm, there would be no problem checking in. When we got there at 6 pm it was completely closed, there was no phone number to reach anyone except those off-site who knew nothing. The worse possible experience of completely unreliable management. Do not book this for short stay!

Residence inn, this felt more like a refurbished retirement home. Room was dirty, felt dirty sleeping in the bed. I am used to a lot, but, would never have stayed here by choice. Breakfast was fine, parking was available, local eateries were within walking distance. Staff were nice, just didn't feel like a Residence Inn, felt like a Days Inn with a small kitchen.

This hotel is one of the worse we have ever stayed in and is in terrible shape. We found what looked like a bloodstain on the mattress of our sofa bed and had to switch rooms late at night with our two young kids. The new room had peeling wallpaper and there were used dog poop bags under the stairwell. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on around you. The only good thing I can say is the staff was responsive but it’s probably because they have to deal with these issues often. We usually stay at Residence Inns because they’re a convenient for families and we will be more careful about reading reviews and vetting next time.

Did we mention the old french fries on the floor and dirty tissues behind the nightstand. After assuring us we would receive extra points for having to clean the filthy room, we have yet to see those points in our account. No one will take responsibility for the deplorable condition of this property. Would definitely NOT recommend staying here unless you bring your own cleaning supplies.
